The brand is known for its affordable prices, trendy designs, and high quality fabrics.

Janasya's product range includes kurtas, sarees, lehengas, dresses, tops, tunics, and bottom wear.

The brand also has a plus-size collection called XL Love.

Why They Chose Messold:

Our Goals:

Messold set 5 main goals for the Janasya project:

  1. Redesign an Efficient and Attractive Website: Improve the Janasya website to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.
  2. Conduct a Deep Study on the Website's Target Audience: Understand the customer demographics and identify areas where the website was lacking in terms of user experience.
  3. Implement Targeted Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing conversion rates and decreasing bounce rates, ensuring that visitors stay engaged with the website.
  4. Introduce Retargeting Campaigns: Implement strategies to encourage visitors to the website to complete a purchase, enhancing customer retention.
  5. Aim to Create a Global Customer Base: Expand Janasya's reach and customer base beyond its current market.

The Work We Did:

In close collaboration with Janasya, Messold executed a range of strategies to address the challenges and meet their goals.

This included a website redesign for enhanced user experience, a comprehensive audience study to tailor marketing efforts, targeted advertising on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads, and the implementation of retargeting campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales.

As a result of these collaborative efforts, Janasya and Messold achieved remarkable outcomes.

These included a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) from the marketing campaigns, a substantial 4.3x increase in sales, heightened brand engagement through website improvements and targeted advertising, and improved customer retention facilitated by retargeting efforts.
